Cancellation Policy
At Grismey Chavez Hair, I understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may change, I give all clients a one time courtesy fee waived for a cancellation only. A 48hr cancellation noticed is required, last minute cancellations will be charged 25% from the total cost of the service booked, and will be credited towards your next appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service booked, the fee is non transferable/ non refundable. If you need to adjust or cancel your booking, simply let me know as soon as you can, I will be happy to accommodate you. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to welcoming you to my salon studio soon!
